Hi! I’m Rosey!

Owner of LaVine Creative | Writer, Storyteller, Brand Messaging Strategist, Content Creator, Poet & Artist

I’m insatiably curious about what makes people come alive and the change they want to see in the world. What I enjoy most is working with justice-seeking, rebellious leaders who want to elevate their message to inspire more empathy, connection, and engagement in the causes they care about most.

Before I went into business for myself in 2023, I was lucky to spend 20+ years working in nonprofit and leadership development spaces. I led the brand voice strategy for a global organization, pioneered a story-curation initiative that raised millions of dollars annually, and directed a fair-trade wholesale program that employed artisans from 16 developing countries. I have many generous mentors, teachers, and colleagues to thank for the opportunities I’ve had and all the wisdom I’ve gained!

One of my biggest lessons? Realizing that creating change requires you to be crystal clear about who you serve, the problem you solve, the impact of solving it, and how you invite others to be a part of it. And that’s exactly what I love helping people do now!

Since I started my business, I’ve been honored to work with authors, coaches, consultants, video agencies, web developers, nonprofits, social enterprises, and cause-based businesses.

I’m a fan of good trouble. Sometimes, promoting human dignity in a world that hungers for power requires a bit of rebellion, going against the grain, and rule-breaking.

I strive to approach people and situations with deep curiosity, not judgment. As much as I crave certainty and clarity, I want to seek understanding, even if it means changing my mind.

Empowerment

I believe when people are seen, heard, and loved, they feel more empowered to be the brilliant person they are, ultimately making the world a more whole, beautiful place.
